At Active Aging New England, we help individuals keep doing what they love by improving strength, balance, and confidence. We specialize in fall prevention services through targeted exercise and education that support independence and active living.

Falls are a major health concern for older adults, yet two common myths persist: that falling is a normal part of aging and that falls can’t be prevented. In fact, falls can be prevented! Strength and balance training are proven ways to reduce risk and maintain mobility.

We also support a network of certified Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) instructors across North America, fostering a community dedicated to reducing fall risk and promoting lifelong health and vitality.
