Fall Prevention Presentations

Designed to raise awareness about fall prevention and promote safe, active living. These workshops include practical demonstrations on how to get up safely from a fall, functional mobility tips, and strategies to reduce fall risk. Presentations can be suited to several audiences including older adults, professional support staff, and caregivers.

Group Exercise Programs

Tailored for adults 65 and older, our community group exercise classes focus on improving strength, balance, and mobility in a supportive and inclusive environment. Offerings include both structured evidence-based fall prevention programs (SAIL and TJQMBB) as well as evidence-informed programs that provide participants with safe, engaging opportunities to stay active and independent.

Home Fitness Sessions

Focused home fitness sessions dedicated to enhancing strength, balance, flexibility, and posture to support an active lifestyle. Each session provides effective one-on-one instruction in the convenience and comfort of home and is customized to meet individual needs.
